SAFETY MANAGER

The position will provide direction and leadership to Field Technicians and work closely with the DOT Manager in our Charlotte, TX division. This division hosts field employees such as truck drivers, roustabouts, and mechanics; as well as office personnel. Candidate needs to be proficient in administering safety programs to field employees, determining safety needs as they arise, CASE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Position answers to the Corporate Safety Director and will be responsible for 2-3 Field Safety Technicians.

The ideal candidate will have prior safety management experience with extensive knowledge of OSHA preferably in the oil field industry, experience with DISA, and administering ISNetworld. The position will work directly with Divisional Operation Manager and Corporate Safety to ensure compliance in all areas.

  • Conduct weekly safety meetings
  • Update management on open projects and department progress
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention
  • Collaborate with management to develop and deliver safety training programs for employees
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant safety regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) principles and practices
  • Familiarity with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations and requirements
  • Bi-Lingual Candidates Highly Preferred

ROUSTABOUTS NEEDED

Dynamic Environmental Services is looking for safe, reliable, and experienced Roustabouts for our Charlotte, TX location. The schedule for this position is 12 days on/3 off.

  • Pressure washing rig and pits.
  • Operate cellar pump to support drilling operations.
  • Moves supplies and equipment to the work site.
  • Lay plastic for containments.
  • Drift and tally casing.
  • Assists with the mixing of chemicals for drilling operations.
  • Provides general support as required to the Tool pusher and drilling crew
  • Reports any breaches of safety procedures to supervision / management.
  • Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures, and ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all times.
