DES has several immediate openings for Drivers specifically for the Charlotte, TX location servicing oilfield clients in South Texas. Drivers are paid an hourly wage and have the opportunity for significant overtime hours each pay period and excellent benefits.  The details of this position are outlined below.

CHARLOTTE, TEXAS OFFICE HIRING

CDL DRIVERS

Tasks: Safely and efficiently operate, primarily, vacuum trailers and end dumps to meet the needs of customers. Effectively communicate with dispatch, sales team, and customers to assure jobs completed timely and correctly. Fully complete and submit ticketing of projects worked. The position is a full-time position.

Scheduling: On call for 21 days; off 7 days. Dispatched to jobs daily from the central dispatch office

Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of CDL experience (class A)
– Clean MVR and PSP
– Successfully pass drug/alcohol screen and background screen
– On-site housing provided if necessary

FORKLIFT DRIVER

Currently seeking a Forklift Operator. The position is a full-time position.

Requirements:
– Prior experience with a forklift on rig site
– CDL Class A
– Ability to pass drug and background screen
– Must have clean MVR

The position will be working on an oil rig site handling tasks such as unloading and loading pipe and equipment. Full-time job eligible for benefits package after 60 days. 

MECHANIC

Mechanic needed at Charlotte, TX, yard location. The position will primarily work with vehicles providing preventative maintenance tasks such as oil changes, etc. Candidate must provide basic tools and possess basic preventative maintenance knowledge; further training will be provided. Position requires availability every other weekend. The position is full-time.

ROUSTABOUTS

Tasks: Effectively and efficiently perform tasks associated with such processes as pit wash, rig wash, drift, and tally, rig up and rig down. The position is a full-time position.

Scheduling: Various schedule options available for the position. Dispatched to jobs daily from the central dispatch office

Requirements:
– Successfully pass drug/alcohol screen and background screen
– Ability to work in elements such as extreme heat and extreme cold

BRYAN, TEXAS OFFICE HIRING

CDL DRIVERS

Tasks: Safely and efficiently operate, primarily, vacuum trailers and end dumps to meet the needs of customers. PORT FOURCHON OFFICE HIRING

CDL DRIVERS

The full-time position will be based in our Port Fourchon office hauling dry bulk (barite). The position is a full-time position.

Established customer accounts have needs for hauling 6-7 days a week. A consistent schedule will be worked out upon hire. Position requires a Class A and a minimum of 3 years of CDL driving experience. Pay based on the percentage of load hauled. Full benefits offered; medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other workplace coverages provided.

GEISMAR OFFICE HIRING

CDL DRIVERS

Class A requirement: Position will require drivers to communicate with dispatch and customers on hauling of environmental/industrial/commercial waste; responsible for offloading product in landfills or other waste facilities; responsible for completing ELD and internal paperwork regularly and accurately. The position is a full-time position.

OUTSIDE SALES

The position will create and maintain relationships with new clients while promoting the extensive line of services offered. Offering the following business lines:
Industrial services and in-plant cleaning services and container rentals
Environmental transportation and waste hauling

Duties:

  • Contact and establish relationships with new clients to discuss the Company’s offerings
  • Maintain working relationships with clients continually
  • Evaluate the customers need and provide a recommendation on services/products and pricing
  • Determines price on various jobs
  • Work with Operations and Safety to ensure jobs are properly manned and performed
  • Effectively communicate with Internal staff to ensure proper billing of jobs completed

PEARL, MS OFFICE HIRING

CDL DRIVERS

Must have Tanker Endorsement, CDL Class A. Prior Experience (minimum three years) with an acceptable driving record. Must be able to pass a drug screen successfully. DES drivers enjoy the following: Home most weekends, typically do not stay ‘out’ over two days. Paid % of load totals. The position is a full-time position.

OUTSIDE SALES

The Outside Sales Representative position will create and maintain relationships with new clients while promoting the extensive line of services offered. Offering the following business lines:
Industrial services and in-plant cleaning services and container rentals
Environmental transportation and waste hauling

Duties:

  • Establish multiple contacts and build and maintain relationships at different levels within prospects and existing clients
  • Actively solicit and maintain a prospect list throughout the state and surrounding states
  • Understand current market conditions, competitive landscape, and customer industry to evaluatethe customers’ needs and provide recommendations on services/products and pricing
  • Participate in face-to-face meetings independently, utilizing effective negotiation and consultative sales strategies that earn trust and build lasting partnerships
  • Determine price on various jobs
  • Work with Operations and Safety to ensure jobs are properly manned and performed
  • Effectively communicate with internal staff to ensure proper billing of jobs completed
